We accept transfers with credit cards  – Dankort / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. All amounts are provided in EUR (European currency) and include VAT.

We deliver orders with DPD or PostNord, but reserve the right to deliver with other delivery partners in special cases. Free delivery for orders over 400 DK.

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. We do not cover the return costs.  Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and the Buyer is obliged to send the item to the Webshop as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the item. 

To return the product you must submit a Cancellation form addressed to Søhøjhus – send it to: [email protected].

In the form you should include the invoice number, date, the amount of money paidpayd, account number and the reason for returning.
