Who we are
Søhøjhus, reg. No. CVR 43265504, develops and maintains the website http://sohojhus.dk (hereinafter – Webshop), the content available there and provides services in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
General terms
If the consumer buys goods or services via the Webshop, such a mutual agreement is subject to Danish National law.
Order of products
Payment
The Webshop receives payment with card (Dankort / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. The Webshop uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information. The contract between the Webshop and the Buyer enters into force upon successful payment of the order. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be paid as soon as possible, however no later than within 14 days after sending the notice to the customer. Refund is made to the bank account specified by the Buyer upon transfer.
Shipping & Delivery
Warranty
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs must be borne by you. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and the Buyer is obliged to send the item to the Webshop without delay, however no later than 14 days after receipt of the item. Here is the cancellation form.
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in products and / or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a company.
The returned product must be in the original packaging. Webshop reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee, if the product is damaged by negligent handling during use or without following the instructions or, if the original packaging of the product is lost or significant damaged.
To return the product, it is necessary to submit an application addressed to Søhøjhus – send it to the e-mail: [email protected], including the invoice number, date, payment, payd amount, account number and reason for return. Upon return, please contact and send complaints to:

Packages sent with postpayd are not accepted.
Webshop is not responsible for any delay or non-fulfillment of obligations or any other form of non-fulfillment due to circumstances and obstacles beyond Webshop reasonable control. The buyer is informed of the occurrence of such conditions.
Consumer rights for non-compliant goods
Webshop is responsible for the items sold to the Buyer not in accordance with the contract terms at the time of delivery. The buyer must immediately inform the online store about the non-compliance of the items – submit a complaint by contacting the Webshop electronically: [email protected]
Webshop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after delivery of the item to Buyer. If the purchased items have defects for which Webshop is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request free of charge defects in the items or exchange for a new product. If the items cannot be repaired or changed, the online store will refund the buyer all payments stipulated in the contract. Webshop responds to Buyer’s complaint within 14 days.
Processing of the buyer's personal data
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Denmark’s GPDR Act. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and accepts that the data provided by him is used to enable the seller to accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Danish law. By entering the information, the Buyer accepts that notifications regarding the processing of the Buyer’s order are sent to the specified e-mail. Webshop only provides the transport company with the data necessary for delivery of goods – name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address.
If the Buyer has expressly agreed to receive marketing messages from Webshop, Webshop will contact the customer with information about news and current offers. For this purpose, the Webshop uses the e-mail address provided by the Buyer when applying for marketing communication. The Buyer can at any time opt out of the marketing communication by writing an e-mail to: [email protected].
Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters that are not covered by these terms and conditions, Webshop and the Buyer undertake to comply with the laws and regulations that apply in Denmark. The partners must resolve any dispute by negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be settled by negotiation or correspondence, the parties must settle the dispute in the High Court.
